MOGU will come with a G9 energy-saving light bulb in the package. If you don't find it in the package, please contact customer service at cs@hokii.com or the official LINE: @HOKII , and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.

First, please confirm whether MOGU has electricity

We use a special low-energy G9 LED bulb with positive and negative poles. Please rotate the G9 bulb 180 degrees before inserting it.

MOGU lamps are manufactured by a lighting factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

We are sorry, but HOKII currently only produces standard products and does not have customized solutions. If you have a favorite color, please contact us and we will consider new colors in the future.

HOKII uses the third-party Green World Payment. Currently, it provides one-time payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB), ATM transfer and online transfer. Multiple payment (Apple pay, LinePay, etc.) is currently under negotiation. Please stay tuned.

We are sorry, but HOKII currently does not have any physical stores. Please use the ATM virtual transfer payment option to transfer money to an offline ATM or bank. Once we confirm receipt of the payment, we will ship the product to you as soon as possible.

To thank our friends who support HOKII, we will offer a 15% discount for a month when the new product is first launched. After the first batch of products are sold out, there will be no more discounts after one month.

We are currently only selling on our official website and do not have any physical stores. We will continue to negotiate with various selected stores to enter the stores.

We have a 7-day appreciation period policy. If you need to return or exchange the product, please contact customer service at cs@hokii.com or official LINE: @HOKII within 7 days.

HOKII provides free shipping service for orders over $2000 NT (excluding large furniture)

For returns and refunds, please contact customer service at cs@hokii.com or official LINE: @HOKII within the 7-day appreciation period, and explain the reason and provide proof of purchase such as invoice.

If the product is found to be defective or malfunctioning after 7 days, we provide a one-year warranty, during which we will provide repair or replacement services for a brand new product.
