We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to return the item after you receive it.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your goods within 7 days of receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it. No application will be accepted after 7 days
Exclusions/ Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g. special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once your return is accepted, re-purchase the item on the official website.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
