Warranty coverage
- This warranty is currently only valid in Taiwan
- This warranty is limited to normal household use
- Please read the warranty content and non-warranty content below for details.
Warranty period
- Hokii lighting products have a one-year warranty, and the warranty starts from the date of delivery.
Warranty Content
- When the lamp holder has electricity, the bulb will not light up after being plugged in
- The product has been damaged after opening (please contact cs@hokii.com or official LINE: @hokii within 7 days after arrival, no later notification will be accepted)
- The solid wood base cracks without human intervention
The warranty is not provided in the following cases

- Natural phenomena such as color difference or grain difference on the wood surface
- The glass lampshade is mouth-blown glass, some tiny bubbles are normal
- Destruction caused by natural disasters or accidents
- Damage caused by improper transportation, movement, or dropping
- Damage caused by disassembling, modifying or repairing the product yourself
- Failure or damage caused by placing the product outdoors or in a humid or other harsh environment
- Damage caused by improper use, improper storage, and improper cleaning methods or products
- Failure or damage caused by use outside of a normal household (e.g., long-term commercial use)
- Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, impacts or accidents, and damage caused by environment or use factors such as mold and mildew
Warranty Service Process
- If you need warranty service during the warranty period, please send the order number to our customer service mailbox cs@hokii.com . After confirming the details, we will ask the logistics company to contact you for a suitable delivery time and send it back to our company for professional inspection. After inspection, we will determine whether it meets the product warranty conditions. If the product meets the warranty conditions, we will repair the product for you or replace it with the same or equivalent product, and we will bear the costs of logistics, maintenance, parts, and attendance personnel wages.
- If HOKII no longer sells the product, we will provide you with a suitable replacement product for replacement; if the replacement product is more expensive, you must pay the difference.
- If the new product that has been replaced is a warranty product, its quality assurance period will be calculated from the date of delivery of the original product.
- The original parts of the replaced product will be handled by HOKII and will not be returned with the warranty product. Warranty service is only limited to Taiwan Island.
