FAQ

Are light bulbs provided?

MOGU includes a G9 energy-saving light bulb in the packaging. If you do not find it, please contact customer service atcs@hokii.comorOfficial LINE: @HOKIIand we will assist you as soon as possible.

Battery life issues

Approximately 500 charge/discharge cycles. During the warranty period, free repair or replacement services are provided. After the warranty period, HOKII offers battery replacement services for a fee covering the battery and labor.

The light bulb flashes briefly and then turns off after the switch is touched.

This situation indicates that the lamp base is out of power and should be charged immediately. Since MOGU does not support fast charging, please use the original charging cable provided, or a USB-A to USB-C (Type-C) charging cable to charge the device.

Can it be left plugged in?

Leaving it plugged in for extended periods is detrimental to battery health; it's recommended to unplug the cable once fully charged.

How long does one charge last?

MOGU has a battery capacity of 4000mAh, and it takes approximately 6-7 hours to fully charge. Depending on the brightness level, the battery life ranges from 13 to 60 hours. When the battery is low, MOGU will activate low power protection and automatically shut down. It is recommended to recharge before continued use.

Product Warranty
